From the moment FIDEX was conceived, we envisioned ourselves as a company with strategic alliances that would allow us to offer our customers a wide range of risk management services with global coverage.

With the course of time, we have been developing a number of business suppliers and partners, together with which we have been able to meet the needs of our customers and at the same time grow in conjunction; however, we have recently managed to take a great leap of progress on the international journey of FIDEX, having managed to join the largest network of private insurance brokers in the world, Worldwide Broker Network, Ltd. (WBN)

WBN, founded on 1989, is represented by its 60 Members in 50 countries, with more than 500 offices and more than 10,000 Employees in the regions of Asia/Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, North and South America.

WBN accepts only new members capable of attaining the highest standards of quality in the service and the professionalism of their business. Before becoming an affiliate, each member is meticulously evaluated to make sure they can live up to the required standards. Likewise, They must commit to the highest standards in matters of administration and the placement of insurance at all times, having accumulated vast experience and prestige as consultants within their local community.

At the same time, to ensure they are able to attain their goals and maintain the highest standards, all members of WBN must abide by the charter of the organization and its parameters of service. These are established by committees which also develop and oversee the participation of WBN in matters of risk management at a global level.

We are convinced that by these moves, we are broadening our capacity to serve our customers in Mexico and stand by them in any part of the world, also enhancing our business by creating synergies and the interchange of professional practices in the technical, sales customer service, technology and management fields.
